Salary: £28,266-£32,309 (inc local weighting)

We’re currently seeking a Victim Liaison and Restorative Justice Worker to join our Youth Offending Team as we work to strengthen our Safe, Secure and Successful model.
As the Victim Liaison and Restorative Justice Worker you will ensure the YOT offers all victims of youth crime the opportunity to participate in Restorative Justice Interventions with young offenders. You will carry out need assessments of the victims and the impact of the offence on their lives, increase their involvement in the criminal justice process, including Restorative Justice, to reduce the damage the crime causes to them and their local community.
