Salary: £19,446-£21,074 (+£908 local weighting) all pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract

We’re currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Finance and Resources Team as we work to strengthen our Safe, Secure and Successful model.
As the Business Support Officer you will To provide confidential, administrative support to the team including answering telephone enquiries, diary management, arrangement of meetings, prioritising and answering routine correspondence and e-mails as directed. You will contribute to the development of effective business partnerships, both internal and external, through establishing good customer relationships and by delivering high quality support services.
For this role you will need to be educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, with a good level of numeracy and literacy, and possess office skills based qualifications such as RSA, Pitmans, NVQ Business Administration Level 3, BTEC or equivalent. You will also need an understanding of good customer service, particularly in relation to external agencies.
